If you've read any of my magazine articles on barefoot running or been coached by me on technique you'll already know that for proper running form you need to have a cadence of around 180 bpm (beats per minute). Now short of going out with a metronome strapped to your arm keeping to that speed can be tricky to do. One of the things I did when I first started barefoot running was to run with a playlist of music at 180 bpm. A number of people have asked me what songs I have on my playlist.
